Jack Q. Roberts

Jack founded Birddog Development drawing on hands-on experience executing real estate projects from initial sourcing through completion, across acquisition, development, and brokerage.

Former student athlete and graduate of Elon University, who began his career in project management with Samet Corporation, a commercial and industrial general contractor.
Moved into land acquisition with Stanley Martin Homes, earning his real estate license while supporting the Charlotte, Triad, Greenville and Spartanburg, and Coastal Carolina divisions.
Led land acquisition and entitlement at Hopper Communities in the Charlotte market, advancing sites from raw land through development of build-to-rent and for-sale communities.
Licensed North Carolina real estate broker and Broker-in-Charge, advising landowners and investors on assemblage, disposition, and highest and best use across all asset types.
