After gaining experience with both large regional developers and small family office groups, Jack founded Birddog Development to bring development, brokerage, and advisory services under one roof.

By combining the experience and capability of a large developer with the sincerity and integrity of a small office, Birddog delivers tailored solutions that turn properties into lasting opportunities. After gaining experience working alongside both large regional developers and small family office groups, Jack built his career around sourcing opportunities, navigating complex deals, and seeing projects through from early stage strategy to execution. That experience ultimately led to the founding of Birddog Development.

He values transparency and persistence, and approaches each opportunity with a long term perspective.
